There are thousands upon thousands of books, CD’s, and Video’s related to diet, exercise, bodybuilding, nutrition, weight loss, weight gaining, bulking up, and getting ripped for a show. So how do we decipher through all the facts, fables, and opinions of the experts and gurus?
The purpose of this website is not to expose all the false claims and degrade all the various diet and exercise information that exists. On the contrary, the purpose of this website is to provide you with expert information on nutrition, exercise, weight training, weight loss, gaining mass, eating the right foods, and an overall healthy way of living in a language that’s easily understood. You will find tips and tricks to a better body along with expert information on getting a healthy body inside and out. You will find exercises that can be done at home or at the gym. Don’t worry if you don’t own any equipment, there will be exercises that you can do with equipment and without equipment. There will be something for every body, from those interested in hardcore bodybuilding and competing to those looking to shed some pounds and just look more “toned”. The goal is to provide you with information that will get you fit and healthy as well as looking great and meeting your fitness goals. You will also learn how to eat, eating without dieting and without depriving yourself.
I have been involved in the field of diet and exercise for over twenty years. I was a competitive bodybuilder for a number of those years and I am a certified personal trainer. I’ve had hundreds of clients over the years and have trained in gyms at various locations. My education comes not only from books, research, and certifications but most of all from experience. I am more than willing to pass on what I’ve learned and what I’ve experienced so that you may benefit and get the most out of your diet and exercise regime. I have also learned a wealth of information during my competition years as a competitive bodybuilder and I would like to share my tips and tricks of what I have learned.
My plan is to return you to the basics. I think we tend to get too technical and too carried away with our exercise routines and diets. By returning to the basics we learn to keep things simple and easy to perform. If a diet and exercise routine is easy, we will be more apt to stick to it. Plus, it has been my experience that a basic plan is a much more successful plan. If you are spending hours and hours in the gym, you are doing something wrong. If you are weighing and measuring every last pea you eat, you are doing something wrong.
Only you can create a healthy and fit body. The first step is to gain the knowledge you need to get started. This website is designed to do just that, by using the links provided you will find the information you need to get you looking and feeling healthy and fit, quickly and easily.
